AuraSleep — Delete your data
AuraSleep has no user accounts. Sleep sessions and recordings are stored on your device. You can delete this data at any time from the app.
Delete data in the app
- Open AuraSleep and go to Settings → Data & backup.
- Tap Delete all sleep data and confirm.
This immediately deletes sleep history and sessions, audio recordings and clips, clip labels and favourites, nightly sensor data, app-created reports and exports, and the local event log.
App settings, alarms and subscription status are kept so your settings and alarms remain available. Uninstall AuraSleep to remove the remaining app data from your device.
Delete data held by service providers
To request deletion of analytics data held by Firebase or subscription records held by RevenueCat, email serqanaktas@gmail.com. If you purchased a subscription, include your Google Play order number so the record can be identified. Requests are handled within 30 days.
Analytics data is otherwise deleted after at most 14 months. Purchase records may be retained as required by tax and accounting law. Deleting data does not cancel a Google Play subscription; manage it under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Advertising data
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings under Privacy → Ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, you can also withdraw advertising consent in AuraSleep under Settings → About → Ad privacy options.
