AuraSleep Terms of Use

1. Provider and acceptance
AuraSleep is provided by NewAppx. Before release, replace this draft identity with the publisher’s full legal name and contact/service address: Serkan Aktas, 75. yıl mah. Sultangazi Istanbul. By installing or using AuraSleep, you agree to these terms and the AuraSleep Privacy Policy.
2. What the app does
AuraSleep offers sleep-session tracking, microphone-based overnight sound-event detection and short clip capture, sleep history and trend summaries, journal entries, alarms and reminders, relaxing audio, and optional premium or AI features where enabled. Features depend on device capabilities, permissions, platform availability, and the specific release.
3. Wellness information only
AuraSleep is for general wellness and informational purposes. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat a disease, and does not provide medical advice. Sleep scores, stage or event estimates, sound labels, and recommendations are approximate and may be wrong. Do not rely on them for emergencies or medical decisions. Seek qualified care for health concerns.
4. Permissions and your content
You control whether to grant microphone and notification permissions. Microphone access is used while you choose to track sleep and can produce locally stored audio clips. Use recording only where lawful and respectful of others. You are responsible for journal entries and any audio or reports you export or share. Do not upload or share material you have no right to use.
5. Local data and deletion
Sleep records and recordings are designed to be stored on your device. You can remove sleep history through Settings → Delete all sleep data. This action may retain app settings, alarms, subscription entitlements, advertising consent, and downloaded audio. Shared/exported copies and operating-system backups may need separate removal. Uninstalling removes app data subject to platform backup settings.
6. Subscriptions and advertising
Some releases may offer paid features or subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play. Price, billing period, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are shown by the relevant store at purchase and governed by its terms and applicable law. Free versions may display third-party advertising; ad availability and personalization depend on consent, region, settings, and provider decisions.
7. Third-party services and availability
Some features may rely on Google services, RevenueCat, Apple or Google billing, and optional music catalog providers. Their services are subject to their own terms and may change or become unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features for operational, security, or legal reasons.
8. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it unlawfully. AuraSleep software, branding, and original content belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party audio remains subject to the applicable source license and provider terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The publisher identity, governing law, complaint route, limitation wording, and mandatory consumer information must be completed and legally reviewed before publication.
